Heather has 30 years of experience spanning private and public, start-up and later-stage organizations in the medical equipment and pharmaceutical industries. As an operational CFO she has implemented strategic plans into corporate operations across functional areas such as human resources, finance and accounting, research and development, manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing departments, while maintaining exceptional financial control and transparency to all stakeholders. Prior to joining Danforth she held finance leadership roles for Cytonome and AutoImmune.
Heather holds a BA from the University of California, San Diego and MBA from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business.
